Novo Solution's vision for our partner programs is expand our market reach into specific vertical and geographic markets by empowering individuals and companies to refer, resell and/or support our solutions.  As you can see from our Clients page our solutions are used in a range of industries around the globe.  It is our aim to provide win/win agreements that will enable you and Novo Solutions to succeed while helping customers greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations through our web based customer/IT support and knowledge management solutions.  

We currently have two partner programs available:

Referral Partner Program

• Types of Individuals/Companies best suited for:

  • Consultants

  • Small Businesses

  • Novo Solutions Customers

• How it works:

  • Sign Up

  • Become familiar with our solutions 

  • Email a link to your customers, associates, etc.

  • When someone clicks on the link, their IP address is associated with your referral account

  • If we close a sale associated from a inquiry/lead you referred to us, you receive 5% of the initial invoice (license fees, support and training if it is for an in-house deployment or 1-3 months of service plus setup and training if it is an On-Demand/Hosted deployment)

  • Checks (in US dollars) are mailed the month after the sale is made.

Business Partner Program

• Types of Individuals/Companies best suited for:

  • IT Consultants

  • VARs

  • IT Integrators

  • Software companies with complimentary products

• How to get started:

  • Apply (we will review your application and typically respond to you within 3 days)

  • Become familiar with our solutions - if you have not already done so, a web demo will be scheduled to show you the full system and its capabilities.  This session can be recorded to show to your sales reps, technicians (that will support and implement the software), etc.  

  • Review and discuss the various commitment levels of the Business Partner program

  • Sign the Business Partner agreement and Non-Disclosure

  • We will setup a special demo site that you can configure and use to demo and/or support the software

  • Training - each level of business partner has different levels of training

  • Provides an increased revenue stream through:

    • An expanded product or service offering that typically utilizes existing technical expertise (i.e. Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server)

    • Increased implementation services

    • If you currently resell Microsoft server products, additional server or client access licenses may be sold

  • Enhances your market reach through new product offerings
