Novo Solutions announces the release of KB-Gold/Platinum 1.5

Major UK consulting firm Source Consulting selects Novo Solutions, Inc.'s KB-Platinum knowledge base solution to provide an internal support/documentation solution for consultants.

July 2002- In response to market indicators Novo Solutions, Inc. completely re-writes its core Knowledge Base application to provide new functionality and streamlined installation and configuration.
January 2002- Novo Solutions, Inc. launches workgroup and customer support applications portal.

October 2001- Novo Solutions, Inc. Lands contract with national lawn and garden equipment manufacturer Solo, Inc. to implement an integrated customer support knowledge base with an online ordering system.  Plans are to improve customer support, streamline support and ordering operations and increase sales.

July 2001- Novo Solutions, Inc. expands sales staff to sell new and custom web site solutions

January 2000- Novo Solutions establishes partnership with European firm to provide web design services.

December 1999- Novo Solutions lands contract to create a web site for a national food distributor HB Hunter.

October 1999- Novo Solutions lands a contract to develop a client/server PC/Web application for a leading sports publication The Baseball Bluebook.

July 1999- Novo Solutions lands a custom web application contract to consolidate and report on Regional building/construction information.

May 1999- Novo Solutions announces the beginning of operations and is represented at a regional trade show.
