• External User Authentication - allows you to require your customers to login to the public view of the Knowledge Base (preventing open public access to your Knowledge Base)

• Search Phrase Logging - allows you to track what users are searching for and the results they find.  This allows you to improve your knowledge base to "fill in the gaps"
