John brings over 30 years of software development experience in various capacities from programmer to IT Director, and has over 10 years experience developing and using IT Service Management applications. He holds an undergraduate and MBA from Old Dominion University in Management Information Systems, as well as certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD). John will be managing the software development department at Novo, as well as leading the development of the next generation of Novo application products.
