Client Services Coordinator

Position Summary: To assist prospective and current customers in learning about and evaluating our solutions and assisting the sales team with related correspondence and follow up via phone and email.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on incoming sales leads and schedule product demos
  • Answer inbound sales related phone calls
  • Follow up calls with prospective and current customers as appropriate
  • Manage email follow up system
  • Assist with preparing proposals, invoices and other correspondence
  • Maintain/update prospect and customer data in CRM application
  • Working as a team player


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Managing product and company feedback
  • Assist with preparing sales and marketing material
  • Work on various sales related projects and research
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Assist with lead generation activities
  • Other duties as may be necessary

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and using email and the Internet
  • Previous experience in a sales and marketing assistant role is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone, correspondence, proposals, etc.
  • Independent self starter that enjoys the freedom and responsibility of being a key player in a small, growing company.
  • Inquisitive with the ability to quickly understand new software and functionality
  • Responsive to customer needs (timely email/phone responses, etc.)
  • Professionally tenacious and persistent with a commitment to follow through
  • Energetic with a positive and confident attitude
  • Commitment to honesty/integrity
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Professional business dress (business casual in the office)
