When Engines1 took on the task of putting together a
knowledgebase in order to share information about our
products with our customers, I was, to say the least,
very anxious. The fear of the work load that this would
create, with the tremendous amount of information at our
disposal, was overwhelming.
However, I am here to tell you that the system is so
easy to use that I will expand the current database even
more. The cut and paste feature saved tons of time. No
learning curve. It is easier to use than a word
processing program. I have posted from spreadsheets and
the word processor, and even freehand typed articles for
the site.
